La Jolla, CA - April 9, 2009 - Illinois State University became the most recent state institution positioned for enrollment management success through a partnership with Education Systems, Inc., provider of the original higher education CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software EMAS Pro.
Illinois State will begin implementation of EMAS Pro software and services to streamline and enhance recruitment processes through personalized and automated communication with prospective students and other features of the original CRM in the higher education industry.
"Recruitment Pro provides Illinois State with EMAS's proven database and relationship management system," said Andrew Nassir, President, Education Systems. "Functionality includes the 360° tracking of students, relative, and influencer contact information and the ability to automatically generate communication plans, including direct mail, emails, and telecounseling."
These features will allow Illinois State to enhance recruitment while providing efficiency to the enrollment office, critical in the current economic environment.
